Few days ago I bought my first apartment in the Netherlands. With Danish all the stages of buying a house from searching and viewing to bidding and arranging all formal documents were very smooth and stress free.Very calm nature of Danish in combination with a very picky about details approach gives a confidence that there won’t be overbidding or underpaying which leads to losing a house I wanted. He doesn’t overpromise or provide unrealistic expectations.In addition, Danish has a broad network of real estate related parties. So he can help with choosing a notary, appraisal, technical inspection, mortgage advisor, and even a contractor for post-purchase work with your home. I made use of his advice about a mortgage advisor and I got a very nice service there.In short, very professional and client oriented service – highly recommended!

Working with Danish has been a pleasure. He is clear, transparent, responsive and most importantly works hard to understand your goals in order to find the right property for you. I didn’t end up continuing my house hunt for other reasons, however during our time I really appreciated his way of working, and would recommend him to others. Prices for the service can be a little higher compared to competitors, however my experience with competitors has been less than impressive, so I was okay with the price.

Danish was my housing advisor, i got a very good deal with his assistance. He is really diligent, respectful, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly have your best interest at heart.He knows his onions, he would do the assignment of the house before the viewing and compare it with other nearby houses and give you the best advice.He also has connections with alot of house agent which makes communication smooth.I really and sincerely do not have any regeneration recommending him as I can vouch for his agency prowess.
