The centre of gravity of our work lies between Rotterdam and The Hague. That is the market we know best: not just the average price per square metre for a municipality, but what is happening in a specific street.
We are active in Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Rijswijk, Leidschendam, Voorburg, Nootdorp, Pijnacker, Wateringen and Ypenburg. We also regularly buy and sell in Leiden and Amsterdam, often for clients moving between these regions.
Each of these places has its own market. Amsterdam is dominated by ground lease and scarcity, Rotterdam by foundations and owners' associations, and the areas around the Westland by zoning and agricultural ties. We know which questions to ask where.
