Once you find something that interests you, we guide the inspection and assess what the property is really worth. We have experience in recognising problems: damp, foundation issues, a roof due for replacement, or an owners' association with a reserve fund that is far too low.
On that basis we advise on the negotiation. Our aim is not to bid as low as possible, but to make sure you pay a fair price and do not discover afterwards that there is thirty thousand euros of deferred maintenance in it.
We support you through the whole process, including the paperwork and the legal documents, so you know your rights and obligations before you sign.
