Working with Danish has been a pleasure. He is clear, transparent, responsive and most importantly works hard to understand your goals in order to find the right property for you. I didn’t end up continuing my house hunt for other reasons, however during our time I really appreciated his way of working, and would recommend him to others. Prices for the service can be a little higher compared to competitors, however my experience with competitors has been less than impressive, so I was okay with the price.

I am happy to recommend Danish-He was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, was highly available, and managed to suggest and negotiate an excellent, under the market-value price for the purchase of the property.With M&D real estate, the process from the start, until the transfer of the property and getting the keys was very straightforward and required little effort from my end.Being happy with the property and its purchase goes without saying :)

I have to give a huge shoutout to Danish, my real estate agent. Honestly, he’s been a game changer. Super honest and friendly right from the start, and works really hard! He’s got this knack for getting you the best deal possible, which he totally did for me.What I really appreciated was that he toured every property with me, giving me his thoughts and feedback right on the spot. And he also took the time to go through all the paperwork and procedures with me. It’s easy to get lost in all that stuff, but Danish made it clear and simple. He was there taking charge of everything, making sure I was covered at every step.I’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat, 10 out of 10! If you’re looking for someone who’s not just about the sale but about making sure you’re totally taken care of, Danish is your guy.

Danish is an incredible real estate agent. Timely, accurate a good negotiator, great communicator- he is simply the best! We had a very lengthy process to get residency and he was never impatient and always got us into the homes we wanted to see. He is one of the hardest working real estate agents I’ve ever worked with! We just bought our first house in Amsterdam and we are glad that we had Danish as our makelaar. Danish was extremely patient with us, helping us understand the pros and cons of each house we viewed (which was a lot). He was very involved in the entire process; if we liked a house, he would analyze the house’s value based on the recent sale/purchases in that neighborhood and help us make an informed decision about the bid/purchase. He was very friendly, encouraged open conversations about our concerns or apprehensions, and always respected our final decision. Danish was my housing advisor, i got a very good deal with his assistance. He is really diligent, respectful, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly have your best interest at heart.He knows his onions, he would do the assignment of the house before the viewing and compare it with other nearby houses and give you the best advice.He also has connections with alot of house agent which makes communication smooth.I really and sincerely do not have any regeneration recommending him as I can vouch for his agency prowess.
